			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Espacio de reflexión e intercambio para ejecutivos de RSE</p>
<p>El Dr. Wayne Visser, Fundador y Director del Think Tank “CSR International” y profesor del Programa de Sustentabilidad de Cambridge, de visita en la Argentina, compartió sus conocimientos en un workshop teórico-práctico desarrollado en Casa Natura. El encuentro de reflexión para ejecutivos de RSE fue organizado por ReporteSocial con el apoyo de Acindar, Arcor, Carrefour, Gas Natural BAN, Grupo Sancor Seguros, Manpower, Natura y Nobleza Piccardo, y se centró en las oportunidades y desafíos de impulsar el cambio a través de la sustentabilidad en las personas, organizaciones y la sociedad en su conjunto.</p>
<p>El miércoles 14 de julio, en el encuentro desarrollado por ReporteSocial en Casa Natura, el Dr. Wayne Visser presentó sus investigaciones realizadas sobre el perfil y rol de los ejecutivos de RSE para promover el cambio en las organizaciones, abordando problemáticas sociales, ambientales y éticas en las corporaciones. Los participantes pudieron explorar la interacción entre valores, inspiración, expertise, pensamiento estratégico, contribución social y motivación en los líderes de sustentabilidad de distintas partes del mundo. A través de ejemplos concretos, analistas y gerentes de RSE reflexionaron sobre su rol como agentes de cambio, ya sea como expertos, facilitadores, catalizadores y/o activistas en sus organizaciones, explorando los desafíos y oportunidades para promover la sustentabilidad en sus organizaciones, a través de estrategias integrales y transversales.</p>
<p>Según Wayne “Subestimamos el rol de las personas para cambiar el mundo. Muchos de los cambios más dramáticos han ocurrido a través de individuos apasionados. Uno de los grandes desafíos para impulsar el cambio hoy en día es la resolución de los problemas sociales, ambientales y éticos que enfrenta la sociedad. En este contexto, las empresas deben decidir si actuarán en forma defensiva, en cuyo caso serán parte de los problemas, o si serán proactivas, buscando formar parte de las soluciones. Muchos de los “héroes silenciosos” actuales no siempre tomados en cuenta, son los ejecutivos de RSE, quienes como agentes de cambio constructivo enfrentan desafíos tanto dentro como fuera de las empresas”.</p>
<p>Wayne Visser, PhD en Sustentabilidad y CSR, es senior associate del Programa de Liderazgo para la Sustentabilidad de la Universidad de Cambridge y profesor adjunto en RSE de la Escuela de Negocios de La Trobe.
