Integrating Ethics, Transparency & Accountability into Business
This intermediate level course looks at the challenges of bribery, corruption and transparency, including responses by business such as ethics management, codes of conduct and sustainability (or integrated) reporting. The AA 1000, SA 8000 and GRI standards are covered and Enron and Shell are explored as case studies.

Improving Stakeholder Engagement & Management
This intermediate level course introduces stakeholder theory, including techniques for identification and prioritisation stakeholders. The EITI, Equator Principles and RSPO sector-based initiatives are covered and McDonald’s and Corporate Leadership Group on Climate Change are explored as case studies.

Practicing Business Greening Without Greenwashing
This intermediate level course sets out the practice of environmental management, including carbon management and triple-bottom line performance. The ISO 14001, Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Rainforest Alliance standards are covered and BP and Patagonia are explored as case studies.

CSR 2.0 Assessor & Advisor Licensee Training
This assessor level course provides training for consultants and managers to become licensed users of the 70-question CSR 2.0 online assessment tool. The training covers content knowledge of CSR 2.0 (stages, principles and DNA) and technical skills for the administration of the tool.
