Classic CSR Assessment

Description: The Classic CSR Assessment tool evaluates business performance across 8 categories and 224 parameters, which are based on the requirements of leading CSR codes and standards such as ISO 26000, the Global Reporting Initiative (G4), UN Global Compact and BITC Corporate Responsibility Index. Advanced CSR Assessment

Description: The Advanced CSR Assessment tool evaluates business performance against the benchmark of Transformative CSR, developed by Prof. Wayne Visser. This includes a 70-question self-assessment tool, which measures progress in terms of CSR stages of maturity (defensive, philanthropic, promotional, strategic and transformative), DNA elements (value creation, good governance, societal contribution, environmental integrity) and transformative principles (creativity, scalability, responsiveness, glocality, circularity). Format: In-situ, software-based assessment in a live workshop facilitated by an CSR International consultant, with a report of findings. Price: €10,000. Contact: To book or for more information, Contact Us.

Stakeholder CSR Dialogue

Description: The Stakeholder CSR Dialogue uses the HexagonTool®, which is based on an award-winning model of stakeholder engagement developed by Roberto Salazar, based on public choice theory and game theory. The interactive, online tool, which is administered in a workshop forum (with more than 1,000 sessions run around the world), allows constructive, consensus-making dialogue across the 6 key stakeholder sectors: 1) government, 2) business, 3) civil society, 4) communities, 5) international organizations and 6) media. Using a democratic blind scoring methodology, the tool ensures no single stakeholder or representative has undue influence over prioritized issues and actions. Format: In-situ, online assessment in a live workshop facilitated by two CSR International consultants, with a report of findings. Price: €10,000 negotiable. S2M Certification

Description: The S2M Certification is programme of corporate improvement, verification and recognition, which has three components: Sustainability, Measurement and Mediation. The Sustainability component uses the Classic CSR Assessment and an 80% score is required for certification. The Measurement component uses the EvalHexa® Tool to assess the impact of 2 CSR projects (one internal, one external). The Mediation component uses the Stakeholder CSR Dialogue HexagonTool® to formulate project priorities and assess CSR progress. Initial certification normally takes 1-2 years and results in a public S2M Certification Achievement Award, with annual recertification. Format: A combination of remote, online assessment and 4 live workshops facilitated by two CSR International consultants, with a final report of findings. Price: €20,000 (initial certification), €5,000 biennial recertification (every two years). Contact: To book or for more information, Contact Us.
